Ground stabilisation for constructing the world’s largest monopile manufacturing facility.
Main Work Scope:
- Ground stabilisation using pre-bore rigs, CFA rigs, and casement pile rigs.
- Installation of over 6,000 piles, which form the foundation of the manufacturing facility.
Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Bauer and Keller to operate piling rigs.
- Setting out and verifying pile positions.
- Conducting as-built surveys of pile locations.
- Completing daily reports on pile installations.
Other Stakeholders:
- SeAH Wind: The main client for the monopile manufacturing facility.
- K2 Construction Management: Overseeing project management and coordination.
- Bauer: Providing piling rigs and expertise.
- Keller: Specialising in ground engineering and pile installation
