We are currently working with Acrabuild on the Great Yarmouth Marina Centre. We are providing our experienced Site Engineers to help with ongoing completion of the project. Our Site Engineers ensure that there is a constant point of contact to make sure there is a planned structure to the build and everything is kept on schedule.
At the start of the build we were briefed by the client that they required quality assurance for all aspects of the groundworks package, which our experienced Site Engineers could provide. Our Site Engineers are responsible for investigating the quality of products, suggesting solutions to any product problems and many more key attributes to the overall finish of the project. Quality assurance is essential for any project to ensure that it has a clear plan throughout. We manage the overall quality planning strategy so that there is a continuous improvement on the project. We do this with our customers’ satisfaction in mind, priding ourselves on quality customer service and efficient, reliable management.
A key part of our Site Engineers job on this project is to make sure that the stages of build are completed on time.
We have thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and we’re excited to see it through to completion. We have worked to oversee and organise the groundworks for some key structural points during the build such as the steel frame building and the RC works. As this is such a large build it was essential that we carried out an in depth management of the site and efficiently organised the plant and site facilities in order to meet the desired and agreed deadlines.
